How
do I place an order?
Please use the add to cart buttons to add your chosen table
diamonds to our shopping cart. You can adjust the quantities
in the cart before you check out.
Do
I have to pay the full amount upfront?
Yes you do in order to ensure your goods are sent promptly.
How
do I make a payment?
You will be able to choose whether you want to pay by credit
card, cheque or Paypal. Credit card payments are taken via secure
server through Nochex - please be aware that this transaction
will appear as "Nochex" on your card statement.
Please
make cheques payable to Unique Beads, and send to: 70 Billacombe
Road, Plymstock, Plymouth, Devon, PL9 7EX.
If
you wish to pay by cheque, please make sure it reaches us within
7 days of placing your order. If your cheque is not recieved
within 7 days, your items will be returned to stock and you
will need to place your order again. Please also be aware that
until your cheque is received your order will NOT be processed.
If we have limited stock of an item and an order is placed after
yours, but paid for instantly, the goods will be sent to the
other client, and you will be notified that we are out of stock.
How
much is postage and packaging?
All orders are sent via Royal Mail and p&p varies from 60p
to £12.00. Our online cart will calculate your shipping
fees, although you must select the appropriate method according
to your order value and requirements.
Please
ensure you select the correct shipping method, the SAMPLES ONLY
method is only applicable if you are purchasing samples. If
you add anything else to your order, other than samples, you
MUST choose another payment method. Please be aware that failure
to do so may result in your order being held until the outstanding
postage is paid.
If
your package is not properly insured, you will only be able
to claim up to £32 of the value back in the event of loss
or damage - we cannot be held responsible for any packages sent
without appropriate insurance. Please be aware that we cannot
claim for lost parcels until 15 working days from the date of
despatch have passed.
How
long do you take to deliver?
Please
be aware that due to the ongoing Royal
Mail postal strikes some orders are taking a lot longer
to be delivered than normal and we are unable
to guarantee any Special Delivery parcels. Any orders
placed by 12pm weekdays using the "Next Day Guaranteed"
service will still be posted the same day, but we can not at
this time guarantee that they will arrive the next day. For
this reason we strongly recommend
placing your order with PLENTY of time
to spare.
All
items will be despatched within 7 days of payment being received,
or within the timescales guaranteed by your chosen postal method.
If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order due to low stock
levels, you will be informed as soon as possible. We will provide
an estimated delivery date where possible, but will also offer
a full refund should you decide the new date is unacceptable

Please

Costs
£12.00. This service ensures orders placed before 12pm
will be sent the same day via Special Delivery for delivery
the following day. A signature will be required on delivery.
Orders placed after 12pm will be despatched via Special Delivery
the following day. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be despatched
on Monday for delivery Tuesday. Please be aware that this service
is subject to interruptions caused by Bank Holidays and other
public holidays in both Scotland and the rest of the UK.
What
happens if I change my mind?
We will offer a full refund (minus p&p) if you should change
your mind. Please notify us immediately and return the items
in their original condition and packaging within 7 days, in
order to receive your refund. If you have paid via Paypal, or
Nochex the refund will be made back into your account. Otherwise
your refund will be sent by cheque. Please
be aware that we cannot refund the packs of 720 stones if the
seal has been broken
What
happens if my item is faulty?
We take great care to ensure every one of our products reaches
you in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event that
your item is faulty we will offer a full refund or exchange,
as long as the fault/error is reported immediately and the items
returned within 7days. If you have paid via Paypal, or Nochex
the refund will be made back into your account. Otherwise your
refund will be sent by cheque.
